The portal Traumjob-LKW-Fahrer.leadhero.de (hereinafter referred to as "operator" or "platform") takes the issue of security very seriously. The operator makes every effort to protect the data entrusted to it by its customers from unauthorized access.
To protect your data in the best possible way, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure on our website in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. Data Protection Provisions
3.1 Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website
Each time the operator's services are accessed, usage data is transmitted by the respective internet browser and stored in log files, known as server log files. These data include:
- IP address of the accessing computer
- User ID on the platform
- Name of the accessed page
- Date and time of access
- Referrer URL (origin URL) from which the user arrived at the accessed page
- Transferred data volume
- Status message indicating whether the retrieval was successful
- Session identification number
In the so-called login records, the following usage data are stored each time the customer logs into the network:
- Date and time of login
- User ID on the platform
- IP address
- Session cookie number
- Session identification number
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a functional website with correctly delivered content, optimizing our systems, and providing necessary information to law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyberattack. Once there is no longer a legitimate interest and no statutory retention obligations exist, these data are routinely deleted.
3.2 Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data When Concluding a Brokerage Contract by the User
To provide the services described in detail in the General Terms and Conditions by the operator, it is necessary to collect, process, and use personal data that the customer provides, among other things, within the contact form or when answering contract-relevant questions.
Personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person.
When entering contact data, the customer is required to provide certain minimum information without which registration cannot be completed. These mandatory data are: specifications of the problem or desired service, name, email, and telephone number. In a subsequent telephone conversation, further data, information about the order, and the address may be requested.
The entry, query, and processing of these data are necessary to fulfill the brokerage contract concluded between the user and the operator. The legal basis here is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
Within the framework of legal provisions, the operator does not make the use of its services dependent on the customer's consent to the use of their data for purposes other than those of contract establishment and fulfillment.
3.3 Purpose Limitation
The main purpose of collecting personal data is to support customers in the services listed in the operator's General Terms and Conditions. Among other things, the customers' personal data are used for the following:
- Provision of the services requested by the customer and the customer service desired by the customer
- Adjustment, measurement, and improvement of the operator's services, content, and advertisements; in particular, the quality of services, security measures such as customer surveys (email and telephone), and review of customer communication between customers and customer service staff after prior consent of the customer
- Sending targeted marketing communications and advertising offers, including from the operator's cooperation partners (see section 3.4), according to the conditions given by the customer after prior consent
- Information about new or additional products of the operator based on the conditions given by the customer after prior consent
3.4 Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
There is no unauthorized use of personal data and information. There is also no exchange or sale to third parties unless the customer has given consent or there is a legal obligation for the operator to disclose the data. Disclosure to third parties occurs only to the operator's contractual partners with whom the platform jointly provides the services requested by the customer or to companies that the operator mediates to the customer. Contractual partners and companies include, for example, specialized firms through which the desired service and any other services to be provided are to take place. Consequently, data exchange with these contractual partners is carried out to request or provide the contractually agreed services desired by the customer.
3.5 Use of Personal Data for Advertising
The operator will, after prior and explicit consent of the user, send the customer information tailored to them about new or additional products within the contractual relationship. Newsletters and information about products and services from partner companies will only be sent to the customer if they expressly wish so. The legal basis here is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. If the customer no longer agrees to the sending, they can revoke their consent at any time without giving reasons. At the end of each email/newsletter, there is a clear note regarding the possibility of revocation and a corresponding link. Additionally, the platform displays needs-based advertising on its homepage and emails for customers after prior and explicit consent. For this target-specific advertising, the operator uses parts of the customer data to decide whether a particular advertisement should be displayed or not. The selection of target groups for advertisements is done anonymously. When advertisers select the target groups for their advertisements based on demographic data, the platform automatically displays these advertisements to the corresponding audience. The operator's advertisers receive only anonymized data reports from which no personal reference can be made.
3.6 Use of Analysis Programs
The operator conducts analyses of its customers' behavior in the context of using its service—or has them conducted—after prior and explicit consent of the user. For this purpose, anonymized or pseudonymized usage profiles are created. The creation of usage profiles is solely for the purpose of continuously improving the platform's service. In the context of web analysis, the platform also uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), whereby the operator uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", so IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form to exclude direct personal reference. The data collection and storage that takes place in this context can be objected to at any time with effect for the future:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Google requires its users, such as this platform, to include the following notice in their privacy policies. The operator complies with this request by reproducing the following text:
"This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ('Google'). Google Analytics uses 'cookies,' which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of this website's operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google's collection and use of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de."
-
Session Cookies
- The operator mainly uses "session cookies," which are only temporarily stored on the customer's hard drive and are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. Session cookies are used for login authentication and load balancing (balancing system load). The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest in the correct display and functionality of our website according to Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
-
Partner and Affiliate Cookies
- The platform also uses cookies when a customer accesses the operator's services via an external advertising space and actively confirms them. These cookies are used for billing with the cooperation partner and do not contain any personal data of the customer. They are automatically deleted when the customer logs into the platform or after four weeks.
-
Persistent Cookies
- The platform uses so-called "persistent cookies" to save the personal usage settings that a customer enters when using the platform, allowing for personalization and improvement of the service. Persistent cookies ensure that the customer finds their personal settings again on a subsequent visit to the platform. Additionally, service providers commissioned by the operator to analyze user behavior use persistent cookies to recognize returning users. These services store the data transmitted by the cookie exclusively anonymously. There is no association with the customer's IP address.
-
Partner Sites / Advertisers
- If the platform's service is integrated into a partner company's website, these partner companies may also use cookies on the operator's respective integrated websites. The operator has no control over this and is not responsible for the practices of these partner companies. The operator recommends reviewing the privacy policies of the respective partner companies.
-
Avoidance of Cookies
- The customer can refuse the setting of cookies at any time. This is usually done by selecting the appropriate option in the browser settings or through additional programs. Details can be found in the help function of the customer's browser. If the customer decides to disable cookies, this may limit the service's performance and negatively affect the use of the operator's services.
